Terms of service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of yourticketnow.com and your purchase and use of tickets and related services. The service is operated by YOUR TICKET NOW LIMITED, an Irish private company limited by shares (company number 822550), whose registered office is The Black Church, St. Mary's Place, Dublin 7, D07 P4AX, Ireland ("YourTicketNow", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact: info@yourticketnow.com.
1. Our role and acceptance
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the applicable event listing and our other published policies. Event listings may identify a third-party organiser, venue or promoter. Where we act as ticketing agent, the organiser is responsible for producing and operating the event; we remain responsible for the ticketing services we provide and for obligations that applicable law places on us.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you purchase for another person, you must ensure they receive and comply with the applicable terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity conducted through your account.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation, availability and fraud checks. Prices and mandatory charges are displayed before purchase. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown. We may cancel and refund orders affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, prohibited resale, technical error or breach of these Terms.
4. Tickets
Tickets are revocable licences to attend the specified event, not property rights in a seat or event. You must check event, date, time, venue, ticket category, accessibility and age requirements before purchase. A valid, readable ticket may be required for entry. Altered, duplicated, counterfeit, unlawfully resold or previously scanned tickets may be rejected.
5. Transfers and resale
Tickets may be transferred or resold only where the event terms and applicable law permit and through an authorised method. Commercial resale, use in promotions without permission, bots, circumvention of purchase limits and any resale that misleads buyers are prohibited. We may cancel affected tickets where legally permitted.
6. Event rules and conduct
You must comply with reasonable venue and organiser rules, security checks, health and safety requirements, age restrictions and instructions from authorised staff. Entry may be refused or a person removed for unsafe, abusive, illegal or disruptive conduct, intoxication, possession of prohibited items or breach of event rules, without refund where permitted by law.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Events may be changed, postponed or cancelled. Our Refund and Event Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the service only for lawful, personal ticketing purposes. You must not interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use content in violation of intellectual property rights. The site, branding and platform content are owned by or licensed to us; event content may belong to organisers or other licensors.
9. Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service relies on providers such as Shopify, payment processors, communications providers and event organisers. Links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that rule, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach, or matters within an organiser's control where we act only as ticketing agent. For business users only, our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You agree to receive service communications necessary to administer orders, tickets, security and event changes.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or operational reasons. The version accepted when you order will continue to govern that order unless a mandatory change applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers resident elsewhere of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law of their country of residence.
